Pittcon, a leading conference for laboratory science professionals, has announced a "Green Corner" at its 2009 event, which takes place March 8-13, 2009 Chicago's McCormick Place
"The Green Corner is a new area of the exposition floor this year which will feature those companies who manufacture or distribute environmentally friendly products, technologies, and services," says Marian Nardozzi, Marketing Communications Specialist for The Pittsburgh Conference. Exhibitors who have signed up for the Green Corner include:
"The response from exhibitors has been good for a first-year initiative," Nardozzi says. "Obviously, there are many exhibiting companies that would qualify to exhibit in this specialized area, but have chosen other locations on the floor. We are hoping that as the Green movement expands and as it is incorporated into the day-to-day operations of organizations, this area will grow."
